Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the application provided by Daniel Lalik, operating under the laliq.pl brand, ul. Osowska, 04-302 Warsaw, Poland, e-mail: daniel@laliq.pl (hereinafter: the "Service Provider"). The application is used to automate and analyze advertising data for campaigns run by the Service Provider and its clients.

2. Scope and Nature of the Application

The application is an internal tool and is not publicly available. Using it requires prior authorization by the Service Provider and consent to access the relevant advertising and analytics accounts.

3. Data Access

The application accesses Google account data (including Google Ads) only to the extent the user has consented to on the Google consent screen. The data is used solely to perform the application's functions: retrieving statistics, generating reports and optimizing advertising campaigns. The data is not sold, shared with third parties or used for any purposes other than those stated above. The user may revoke the application's access at any time in their Google account settings.

4. Rules of Use

The user agrees to use the application in accordance with the law, Google's terms and these Terms of Service. It is prohibited to take actions that disrupt the operation of the application, attempt unauthorized access to data or use the application for purposes inconsistent with its intended use.

5. Liability

The application is provided "as is". The Service Provider makes efforts to ensure it works correctly but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. The Service Provider is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of data presented by the application or for the effects of external services the application uses.

6. Personal Data

7. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Service. The current version is always available at this address, together with the date of the last update.
